If you’re already invested in making your wedding day or event as special as it can be, Pez is the standard of excellence you may be looking for fire. My wife and I celebrated our wedding at the Banff Springs hotel a few weeks ago and Dj Johnee Wong and Maksym made rocked the house and created the precise vibe we were imagining. This wasn’t an easy feat for me especially to cede control be it that I’m a part time Dj as well never having heard of Pez and Fayyaz’s team but I cannot stress enough how Clinical they are in their craft. Johnee was sharing with me countless hours of preparation time based on the pre-questionnaires we filled out and sent for ours and our guests musical taste and he even digitized an unreleased italian track from vinyl that got played at our dinner reception which I feel exemplified the thought and care they put in.For any wedding they say there are certain basic things you need to get right to make the night memorable…Was the food good, could I get a drink at the bar and was the vibe conducive to partying all night long and Pez most definitely delivered on meeting our expectations and beyond. In addition to the DJ we also rented the light up LED dance floor and the 360° camera.From the moment we booked with them they were incredibly professional. They had us complete 2 surveys to ensure they knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and they delivered perfectly. Our DJ, Nigel, perfectly combined 2 songs for our first dance and had our dance floor packed until the night ended. The light up dance floor and 360 camera were both super fun additions to our party and our guests loved them so for us the cost was worth it. We had many guests tell us it was the funnest wedding reception they have attended and that is largely due to Pez productions and their staff.

They have so many options to pick from and different party lighting add-ons, ensuring you can match their services to the vibe of your special day. They are extremely organized, with helpful phone calls, check-ins, and thorough questionnaires from booking through to wedding day, to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for from your wedding DJ. Plus, as a larger company, they have processes in place in case anything happens. Our assigned DJ ended up falling ill a few days before our wedding and they seamlessly found a replacement (Nigel) and got him up to speed on everything he needed to know. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Our dance floor was packed all night long and many guests commented on how awesome our DJ was. Last October we had our wedding in Banff and had Pez productions come DJ for us. We had Nigel and it was honestly the best DJ experience we have ever had. Prior to our wedding, Pez productions sent me a multi page booklet of the top songs to choose from for all the wedding day milestones (first dance, walk down the aisle, intro etc). A questionnaire was also sent to get the feel of the guests who would be attending. Then one month before our wedding they scheduled a phone interview to make sure we had everything ready for what we wanted. On the night of our wedding Nigel was wonderful to work with, very professional and very intuitive to what was going on that night. When my husband and I were saying our speeches, him and I have very different tones and Nigel was on it to adjust the volume as each person spoke. All night Nigel got people on the dance floor, he played the best music and played my favourites. He was an active DJ. It's been two months since our wedding and guests are still asking me who the DJ was and how awesome he was. I have friends who have asked for Pez to work their wedding after hearing them at mine. I can't say enough great things about Pez Productions. We chose them to be the DJ's for our wedding as music was a super important part of the day to my husband and I, and they did an amazing job. Nigel played all the songs we requested and we had the best night of our lives dancing with our friends and family. We heard multiple times after that it was "the most fun wedding people had been to", in huge part because of the party he kept going all night long. Nigel was an absolutely fantastic DJ for our wedding! He listened to our vision and had a great sense of the songs that we would all enjoy (we had so much fun dancing the night away!!). The Team at Pez made everything easy. They didn't miss a beat when I had specifically asked songs to start and stop at certain times all throughout my wedding day.If you're on the fence about whether you need a DJ for your wedding, this is your sign that yes you do in fact need a DJ. They do more than just play music for you, they create an experience for you and a your guess. Though all the DJs we had that night did an amazing job, I have to say that DJ Johnee Wong is the best! But maybe I'm a little biased.

I personally did not know what to look for in a DJ, but was referred to Pez by my wedding planner and wow..... what incredible professionalism and talent. Nigel read the room perfectly. He played exactly what we wanted while taking creative liberties. He kept the floor completely packed right up until the last song. We had comments from multiple guests saying it was the most fun at a wedding they've ever had. We had 250 guests at our wedding and everyone was happy. Our wedding planner was shocked to see a majority of our guests still dancing until the final song. Pez Productions has incredible communication and customer service.
